Effective date: August 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when the authorized creator uses the Cozy Anime Cooking desktop workflow (the “Service”) with TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. This Service is operated by the individual creator behind Moments Decoded (“we,” “us,” or “the operator”). Use of the Service is also governed by the Cozy Anime Cooking Terms of Service.
1. Information we process
- TikTok account data: the authorized account’s open identifier and display name.
- Authorization data: OAuth access and refresh tokens, token expiry information, temporary authorization records, and the permissions granted by the account owner.
- Draft-upload data: the video selected and explicitly approved for transfer, its file hash, episode metadata, TikTok publish identifier, processing status, and relevant error information.
- Website data: this blog may process basic server logs for security and reliability. Any analytics, advertising, or cookie processing is governed by the general RSVERSE Blog Privacy Policy.
- Contact data: if you submit a question or rights request through the RSVERSE Contact page, the contact details and message you provide are processed under the general RSVERSE Blog Privacy Policy.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate the intended TikTok account and prevent uploads to a different account.
- Transfer an approved video to TikTok’s inbox editing flow.
- Check upload processing status and reconcile uncertain transfers without creating duplicates.
- Maintain security, integrity, troubleshooting, and audit records for the local workflow.
3. Where information is stored
OAuth tokens, account pins, video files, temporary authorization records, and workflow records are stored on the operator-controlled local system. They are not stored on this public policy page. When a draft upload is approved, the selected video and required upload data are transmitted directly to TikTok through TikTok’s API.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared with TikTok only as needed to provide the authorized login and draft-upload functions and is then handled under TikTok’s Privacy Policy. Limited technical request data may be processed by the hosting providers that serve this website. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and service security.
5. Retention
OAuth credentials and temporary authorization records are stored on the operator-controlled local system. A completed authorization remains stored until it is replaced or manually deleted. Temporary authorization records are deleted after successful account confirmation. If an authorization attempt is abandoned before confirmation, those records may remain locally until the next authorization attempt or manual deletion. Revoking access through TikTok prevents future authorized use but does not automatically delete local files or workflow records. Local video copies and workflow records remain until manually deleted or the workflow is decommissioned; hashes, approval records, upload identifiers, and status information may be retained longer where needed to prevent duplicate transfers, reconcile uncertain results, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.
6. Your choices and rights
- Decline or stop TikTok authorization.
- Revoke the app’s access through TikTok account settings.
- Choose not to approve a video for transfer.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of locally retained TikTok authorization and workflow information through the RSVERSE Contact page, subject to identity verification and applicable legal, security, and record-retention requirements.
Revoking access does not remove drafts or content already delivered to TikTok; those items must be managed in TikTok.
7. Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, including localhost-only service exposure, keeping credential and data files out of version control, account-identity checks, file-integrity verification, explicit upload approvals, and fail-closed handling of uncertain upload results. OAuth credentials are stored locally and should be protected through operating-system access controls and device security. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is a creator-operated production tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly use it to collect personal information from children.
9. International processing
TikTok and the website hosting providers may process information in countries other than your own under their respective privacy policies and applicable law. TikTok’s processing is described in its Privacy Policy.
10. Contact and updates
Privacy questions or rights requests may be submitted through the RSVERSE Contact page. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
