These Terms of Service govern use of the Cozy Anime Cooking creator workflow (the “Service”). This Service is operated by the individual creator behind Moments Decoded (“we,” “us,” or “the operator”). By authorizing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Cozy Anime Cooking Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose of the Service
The Service helps an authorized creator prepare and transfer approved short-form cooking videos to TikTok’s inbox editing flow. It does not automatically publish, schedule, choose privacy settings, enter captions, transfer prepared hashtags, or modify a creator’s TikTok profile.
2. Account authorization
You must authorize the Service through TikTok’s official OAuth flow and may use only an account you own or are authorized to manage. Users are responsible for protecting their devices and TikTok accounts. The operator is responsible for protecting the app’s developer credentials and locally stored OAuth data.
3. Draft-upload approval
Each TikTok transfer requires a separate approval inside the local workflow. After approval, the video is uploaded to TikTok’s inbox editing flow. You must open TikTok’s inbox notification to continue, then review the video, enter or correct captions, choose privacy settings, make any edits, and decide whether to publish. The Service does not transfer the prepared caption or hashtags into TikTok and never publishes automatically.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for videos, audio, locally prepared captions and metadata, and anything you later add or submit through TikTok. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload that material and that it complies with applicable law, TikTok’s terms, and TikTok’s community and intellectual-property rules.
5. Prohibited use
- Do not use the Service to access another person’s account without permission.
- Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or privacy-violating content.
- Do not bypass approval controls, provider limits, security checks, or TikTok platform requirements.
- Do not use the Service to spam, manipulate engagement, or misrepresent automated activity.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, while the operator’s integration is subject to TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service and platform requirements. The operator does not control TikTok’s processing or publication systems.
7. Availability and changes
The Service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued to address security, provider requirements, maintenance, or legal obligations. Access may be blocked when account identity, authorization, file integrity, or upload status cannot be verified safely.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that TikTok will accept or process an upload, make it available through the inbox editing flow, retain it, or allow it to be posted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service, TikTok account actions, provider outages, rejected uploads, or a creator’s publication decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.
